Pyongyang

Where no one can keep up with the Kims.

Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, is a city shrouded in secrecy and propaganda. It is home to the secretive Kim dynasty and the world’s most reclusive population. The city is off-limits to foreigners and is rarely seen by outsiders. The few glimpses that are available reveal a city that is surprisingly well-developed, with grandiose architecture and well-manicured parks. The city is also home to a large number of military installations and is heavily guarded. The people of Pyongyang are said to be some of the most brainwashed and robotic in the world, with little access to information from outside the city.
