Greenland is an island located between the Arctic and Atlantic oceans. It is the largest island in the world and is home to the world's second largest ice sheet. Greenland is a part of the Kingdom of Denmark, and the capital is Nuuk.

The landscape is varied and includes glaciers, fjords, mountains and tundra. There are also many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fishing and kayaking.

The food in Greenland is mostly seafood. Some popular dishes include Greenlandic soup, Greenlandic cod, and reindeer stew. Greenlandic coffee is also a popular drink.

Thule members support local medical evacuation
Members of Thule Air Base, Greenland, supported a medical evacuation in mid June for a woman who had been stabbed in the village of Qaanaaq, located approximately 65 miles north of the base.
