Kelowna is a city in the Okanagan Valley in the southern interior of British Columbia, Canada. It is located near the intersection of Highway 97 and Highway 33, on the shores of Okanagan Lake, the largest lake in the province. The city is the economic and cultural centre of the Okanagan Valley, which is also known as the "fruit basket of Canada". Kelowna is the third largest city in British Columbia and the 20th largest city in Canada.
